The introduction of Internet Shopping in the 1990’s, and it’s global increase in popularity has meant that many retailers, like Beads and Beading, offer the functionality of purchasing goods online.  The purchase of goods via the Beads and Beading website is based upon a ‘shopping cart’ system.  This allows you to browse through the goods available for sale and make a purchase.  Alternatively, There is a wish list where you can place goods before you make your final purchase selection.  Both of these methods allow you to amend quantities, keep an eye on the total cost, cancel items from the list, or delete the complete list.  Please note that the actual total charged for an order does not qualify for free postage and packaging.  To order from Beads and Beading you must be a registered user of the website.  Please note that Beads and Beading do not retain any financial information about customers, therefore credit or debit card details must be entered each time that you make a purchase.

Beads and Beading track users of our website through the use of Cookies.  Registered users of the website are able to use a quick login which cuts down on the amount of information required on subsequent visits.

This deals with conditions of the sale of products between you and Beads and Beading.

Our Contract

An order placed by you to purchase from Beads and Beading will generate an e-mail from Beads and Beading which confirms receipt and details of your order.  Your order is an offer to make a purchase.  Our confirmation of your order, and despatch note, (both by e-mail), is an acceptance by Beads and Beading of your offer to purchase.  If Beads and Beading is unable to supply any item on your order these will be itemised on our Despatch Confirmation e-mail and these non-supplied items will not constitute part of the Contract.

All Orders are despatched according to the delivery method chosen by you and the address supplied by you.  Beads and Beading cannot guarantee despatch or delivery times, however, we will always strive to meet despatch times.  If there is a problem with despatch you will be contacted and kept informed of the situation.  Delivery is the responsibility of the delivery companies that undertake to deliver within specified periods.

Beads and Beading has taken every care in displaying as accurately as possible the colours of products that appear on this website.  It is not possible for Beads and Beading to guarantee that the colour displayed by your monitor reflects the colour of the product that you receive.

The prices for the goods displayed exclude post and packaging, and all taxes and duties.  Beads and Beading reserves the right to change any prices by publishing the amended price on this website.

Beads and Beading purchases stock in bulk.  The weights, lengths, quantities and qualities are therefore an approximation as all items are individually produced.
